THE WANDERING REPUBLIC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
The Wandering Republic is operated by Turnkey Web Works LLC. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, Starter Map signup form, and email communications.
Information we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. If you contact us, we receive your message and the contact details you include. We also keep subscription and unsubscribe records.
Our website, form, hosting, and email providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, referral information, and dates and times of visits or submissions. Depending on the settings in use, email services may record delivery, opens, and link clicks.
How we use information
- To deliver your Starter Map and the stories, ideas, and updates you sign up to receive.
- To respond to questions and manage your subscription preferences.
- To operate and troubleshoot our website and email delivery, prevent misuse, and understand how our content is used.
- To meet applicable legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent subscriber names or email addresses, or share them with other businesses for their own marketing.
We use service providers to host pages and downloads, process forms, maintain subscriber records, and deliver email. These include GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and our hosting and email infrastructure providers. They process information needed to provide those services.
We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues.
Cookies and email measurement
Our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to support forms, remember preferences, and measure usage. Email measurement may use small images or tracked links. You can manage cookies through your browser and limit automatic image loading through your email settings; some features or measurements may be affected.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. You can also contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, including managing subscriptions, responding to requests, and meeting legal obligations. Some records may need to be retained after an unsubscribe or deletion request, including limited information to honor your opt-out. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Children and external links
Our signup service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can address it.
Our content may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes and contact
We will post policy changes on this page and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
